Our standards are high. So high in fact, we're in a league of our own, moving the entire firearms industry forward. The V6 MUZZLE BRAKE has become synonymous with the highest quality craftsmanship. This is a beautifully designed and flawlessly produced product.
Machined from a solid billet of Aircraft Grade Aluminum on a 5-axis CNC machining center, this TRULY is a fistful of HEAVY METAL. V6 Industries will always be...U.S. Design. U.S. Steel. U.S. Manufactured. Coated black and hard anodized. This BEAST is more than ready for any battle.
It's old fashioned now, but we do what we say we're going to do. Plain and simple. The V6 reduces muzzle rise to virtually ZERO, 99.6% to be exact, no matter what the shooter puts through the gun. The V6 significantly reduces felt recoil, as much as 70% depending on the load.
There are LEADERS, and then there's everyone else. With the V6 MUZZLE BRAKES, we take immense pride in driving the firearms industry standard forward, focusing on TRULY reducing both muzzle rise and felt recoil. V6 Industries doesn't just say it...we PROVE it.

Right here in the good old USA! In both Texas & New Hampshire to be exact. Invented, manufactured and distributed all in America. And we are Proud!
The V6 has been tested to run any type of standard ammunition you choose to put through it. Shotgun ammo has a huge selection to choose from and the V6 will work and perform equally with all standard shotgun rounds.
The V6 hit the marketplace in 2014 but was in research & development for nearly 5 years prior. It was a labor of love and a drive to perfection!
The V6 brake still has all the same forces and decibels as a firearm without the brake attached. The shooter will hear more of the blast as both the gases and sound is being redirected. Always wear hearing protection when shooting any firearm.
No. The V6's design does not intrude into the path of passing ammo or debris. The angles are set in such a way, that only the gases are captured and re-directed. Shotgun rounds have a wad which carries the pellets or sabot, safely past the muzzle brake.
No.The V6 can be easily installed and each unit comes with complete instructions. Special tools may be required for the removal of an existing muzzle devise as for the KSG. All units are shipped with a tube of Red Turbo-Lock Thread-locker. Locking nuts are available for other models.
No. Quite the opposite. Due to the design, the V6's underside is not ported. 66% of the V6 points away from the ground. Therefore: Little to no dust signature to expose your position.
No. Due to V6's unique design, most of the gasses are directed in a "V" shaped blast that helps keep the shooters focus on the target.
Testing has just been completed in June 2025 and will be ready for release in August 2025. This has been long awaited and requested. We are pleased to report that the riffle versions work as good or better than the shogun version. We know you can't wait to get your hands on one, but perfection takes time.
The V6 is made of aircraft grade aluminum and comes in weighing at only 3.4oz!.
Yes. There are a number of products that allow you to weld two different types of metal together. We have seen great results from SolderWeld and others. So for those who wish to shorten their barrel and stay legal, there is a solution.
In most instances, if your shotgun is internally choked, we have choke-thread adapters that will allow you to outfit most any rig out there. You want to be Tacti-Cool too!
